About Us
The Fosters Women Foundation is a women-led organisation. It is a non-profit and public benefit organisation.
Our Vision
To generate social support for vulnerable groups of people including those who live in an oppressive environment.
Our Mission
To provide for, care for and empower everyone. Through a demonstration of true love to all, to provide professional support services to victimised families of gender-based and domestic violence. In addition, to provide a productive environment, counselling, and advocacy for the rights of women and children, in order to foster for them a respectable environment.

Our Objectives
- To care for the women and children who are victims of gender-based and domestic violence abuse.
- To care for orphans and vulnerable children.
- To care for widows and the elderly.
- To empower women with skills development training and economic empowerment (Entrepreneurship).
- To provide social work to rural villagers (in foundation-targeted areas).
- To promote social and economic development in rural places where the GBV groups are targeted.
- To organize press briefings and public communication messages on project activities to the media and publications of articles/press statements on GBV.
Areas of Project Priorities
Orphans and vulnerable children project.
Widows and elderly caregiving project.
A main focus for this year is that we want to reach out to 20 widows and elderly people
Business training and skills development project
On 28th April,2022 The Fosters Women Foundation, in partnership with Hand in Hand Southern Africa, Takane Academy and Son of Man, conducted Women's Economic Empowerment at Bloubosrand North of Johannesburg South Africa, in a joint project.
